1. Who is behind this site

The site is maintained by Тея Мей — an author and self-publisher of the literary work “Exotic” from the “Hostages of Fate” series.

2. Nature of the site

This website is informational and serves to present the creative work of Тея Мей.

The site does not constitute an “electronic shop” within the meaning of § 1, item 87 of the Supplementary Provisions of the VAT Act, as it contains no software for the automated conclusion of distance contracts, no shopping cart and no electronic payment modules.

The site processes no payments, stores no payment data and runs no automated sales management system.

3. Legal status of the activity

The book presented on this site is a literary work and an object of copyright under Art. 3(1)(1) of the Bulgarian Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act.

Under Art. 2(2)(2) of the Commerce Act of the Republic of Bulgaria the author is not considered a merchant, since they sell works of their own creation.

4. How a request works

Filling in the contact form on the site constitutes a written enquiry (request) to purchase the book. Sending the form does not conclude a contract automatically and creates no obligation to pay.

The contract of sale is considered concluded only after the author contacts the user manually — by phone or email — to confirm availability and delivery details.

The author may decline a request, including where the print run is exhausted, delivery details are incomplete, or the sender cannot be reached.

5. Payment method and fiscalisation

The only applicable payment method is cash on delivery via the Postal Money Transfer (PMT) service, provided by a licensed postal operator — Econt or Speedy.

Under Art. 3 of Ordinance No. H-18 of the Ministry of Finance the author issues no fiscal receipt. The payment document is the postal money transfer slip issued to the buyer by the courier on receipt of the parcel.

The site accepts no card payments and uses no payment gateways.

6. Cover price and delivery

The cover price of one copy is €15. The price is final for natural persons.

Delivery to an Econt or Speedy office within the Republic of Bulgaria is paid by the reader. For delivery to an address, the difference under the courier’s tariff is paid by the recipient.

The usual delivery time is 2–3 working days after the request is confirmed.

7. Complaints

If a damaged or defective book is received, the author replaces it or refunds the amount and covers the return costs.

8. Copyright

The text of “Exotic”, the design of the edition and the content of this site are protected by the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act.

Reproduction, distribution or publication of parts of the work without the author’s written consent is prohibited. Quotation with attribution is permitted.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data submitted through the request form is described in the Privacy Policy. The site sets no cookies and does not track visitors.

10. Amendments

The author may amend these terms. The current version is always published at this address, with the date of last revision.

For requests already confirmed, the terms in force at the moment of confirmation apply.
